Summary
The Food & Beverage Attendant is responsible primarily for assisting guests with food and/or beverage orders. This fast‑paced position requires outstanding communication and superior guest‑service skills. Responsibilities include preparing hot and cold beverages, espresso‑based drinks, light food preparation, and serving guests at the marketplace, Regency Club or the pool. The attendant will also clean and maintain the service area, perform bussing, sweep and mop floors, restock supplies, and complete any other duties assigned by managers. The position may also involve food delivery to the pools.
Qualifications
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast‑paced environment.
Refined verbal and written communication skills.
Cash handling experience preferred.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
