About the Role
Kovitz Shifrin Nesbit (KSN), a leading law firm in community association law, is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2–5 years of experience to advise condominium and homeowner associations.
This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys client interaction, advisory work, and real estate-related legal matters, with direct exposure to Board members and decision-makers.

What You’ll Do
Advise Condominium and HOA Boards of Directors on governance and compliance
Draft and review:
Contracts
Governing documents
Opinion and demand letters
Handle covenant enforcement and owner disputes
Attend board meetings and provide legal guidance
Interpret and apply:
Florida Condominium Act
Florida HOA statutes
Manage multiple client matters and deadlines
What We’re Looking For (MUST-HAVES)
J.D. + Active Florida Bar License (Required)
2–5 years of legal experience (community association, real estate, or related)
Strong writing, research, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
Preferred Experience
Community association / HOA / condominium law
Real estate or governance advisory work
Compensation & Benefits
Starting salary 95K+ (DOE)

Schedule
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
60–90 days in-office → then hybrid potential
