Civil Litigation Attorney

with 3–7 years of experience.

court appearances, depositions, and trial work

What You’ll Do

Represent clients in

court appearances, hearings, and administrative proceedings

Handle all aspects of

civil litigation , including:

Drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs

Managing written discovery

Taking and defending depositions

Trial preparation and participation

Manage multiple cases and deadlines independently

Communicate directly with clients and provide case updates

Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies

What We’re Looking For (MUST-HAVES)

J.D. + Active Illinois Bar License (Required)

3–7 years of civil litigation experience

Experience with

court appearances, motion practice, and discovery

Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills

Ability to manage a caseload independently

Preferred Experience

Real estate, HOA, or community association law

Mediation, arbitration, or trial experience

Compensation & Benefits

Starting salary

$100,000+ (DOE)

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

60–90 days in-office training → then hybrid (1 day/week in office)
