Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment: intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer coordination.
Act as a trusted partner to Hiring Managers, providing guidance on talent availability, market insights, recruitment strategy and process expectations.
Build and maintain candidate pipelines for technical, corporate, and/or blue-collar roles.
Serve as a team player, partnering with sourcers and onboarding coordinators to provide them with the appropriate details to assist. Maintain accurate data and workflow compliance in the ATS.
Meet agreed SLAs and support a strong candidate experience.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of previous experience in recruitment (RPO, in‑house, or agency).
Experience with manufacturing, corporate, or service roles for renewable energy preferred.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency with ATS (Ideally Success Factors) and sourcing tools.
Desire to be part of a high performing team is a must.
Ability to work quickly and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
