Position Overview
Oversee daily operations within the motor vehicle assembly plant to ensure production targets are met while maintaining strict quality control standards. Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to streamline manufacturing processes, manage staff, and ensure compliance with quality metrics.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a cross‑functional team of 25 assembly technicians and 2 robotics maintenance specialists.
Ensure production targets are met and quality control standards are maintained.
Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to streamline manufacturing processes.
Maintain compliance with the 2026 EU AI Act and ESG standards.
Directly influence production efficiency, vehicle safety ratings, and the company's carbon footprint targets.
Working Conditions
Travel required: 10%.
Rotating 3‑shift pattern (Morning/Afternoon/Night) with a 4‑day work week option.
Physical Requirements
Ability to remain mobile across a 500,000 sq. ft. facility for extended periods.
Occasional lifting of components up to 15kg during troubleshooting.
