About the Position of Assistant Manager
As a future leader of Mavis, the Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each retail location operates efficiently, safely and effectively. Responsibilities include enforcing established policies, procedures and standards; scheduling mechanics and technicians’ work; managing outside orders; ensuring quality and timely completion of jobs; meeting customer expectations; and maintaining safety for all team members.
About the Position of Service Manager
The Service Manager is responsible for assisting customers with tire selections and recommending necessary under‑car repair services. To ensure complete customer satisfaction, Service Managers direct the workflow of mechanics, alignment technicians and tire technicians, stage vehicle repair/maintenance work, communicate directly with customers, assess customer needs, provide information on requested or necessary repairs, and strive to meet customer expectations while driving sales initiatives.

Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Possess at least 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales or automotive repairs/maintenance, or a combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
