Location: Parkside Junior High School
Date Available: Summer 2026
Dates and Times: June 8 - June 26 (Monday-Friday); no school June 19th.
Extended School Year Hours: 8:00am - 1:00pm (5 Hours - students attend 8:30-1).
Qualifications
Must hold an Illinois RN license.
Responsibilities
Able to evaluate and make decisions based on assessments and nursing judgment.
Able to follow through independently with appropriate care as needed.
Should have knowledge of and be able to perform (but not limited to): G‑Tube feedings, basic first aid, medication administration, CPR, monitoring vital signs, suctioning, oxygen administration, and catheterizations.
Must be able to accompany students on community outings.
Compensation
Compensation per hourly contract rate.
