$2,021 Stipend
Time Commitment:
Six days a week
Ten to fifteen hours a week
Three games a week

SUMMARY
The Watertown Public Schools seeks an outstanding Girls' Soccer Team Assistant to support coaching the girls' soccer team for the 2025-2026 school year. WPS is dedicated to excellence, equity, and community. Be a part of creating a bright future for WPS students.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Scouting opponents
Assisting in coaching at practices and games
Analyzing game strategy
Implementation of skill development
Coverage of bus trips
Video analysis of games
Statistical analysis of games
Coach a specific position due to expertise
Promote teamwork and a positive work ethic among the soccer team
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
CPR certified
NFHS concussion course completed
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent
Degree from an accredited college or university
Experience coaching soccer
