Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of inbound service calls and internet inquiries
Set, confirm, and maximize service appointments
Make outbound calls daily (no exceptions) for follow ups, missed appointments, and service campaigns
Re-engage past clients and drive service retention
Work closely with service advisors to ensure appointments show and convert
Track performance and hit daily/weekly/monthly KPI's
Qualifications
Strong phone presence and confidence closing appointments
BDC, call center, sales, or automotive experience preferred
Competitive mindset with a drive to win
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
Organized, consistent, and goal oriented
Compensation & Benefits
