Lexus Service Experience Coordinator

Position Overview: We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Service BDC Representative to join our Lexus service team. This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound communications, scheduling service appointments, and delivering a premium customer experience that reflects the Lexus brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls, emails, and online service inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Schedule and confirm service appointments efficiently using dealership systems
Conduct outbound calls for appointment reminders, follow-ups, and service campaigns
Provide accurate information regarding services, pricing, and availability
Maintain consistent communication with service advisors and technicians
Ensure all customer interactions align with Lexus luxury standards and customer satisfaction goals
Log and track customer interactions in CRM systems
Assist in improving customer retention and service department performance
Qualifications:
Previous BDC, call center, or customer service experience (automotive preferred)
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
Ability to multitask and manage high call volumes
Basic computer proficiency (CRM systems, scheduling tools, etc.)
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Preferred Skills:
Experience in a dealership environment
Familiarity with automotive service processes
Sales or upselling experience is a plus
