About The Position
Full Time RPSGT needed for our Poughkeepsie, NY location #urgentlyhiring
up to 15k sign on bonus available
MedBridge Healthcare is seeking an experienced NY-licensed RPSGT (Technologist) or RT/CRT, to work on a full time basis 3-4 nights per week 8pm-6am . Competitive hourly rates available depending on experience, with 3:1 ratio.
Additional incentive pay per shift is available based on attended studyandscoring productivity!

MedBridge partners with hospitals and physician practices to offer comprehensive fully-integrated services for patient identification, testing, diagnosis, treatment and long-term care management of patients with sleep disorders.
Responsibilities will include:
GatherandAnalyzePatientInformation
Collect,analyzeandintegratepatientinformationinorderto identifyandmeetthepatient-specificneeds (Physical/mentallimitations,currentemotional/physiologicalstatusregardingthetestingprocedure,pertinentmedical/socialhistory),andtodeterminefinaltestingparameters/proceduresinconjunctionwiththe orderingphysicianorclinicaldirectorand laboratoryprotocols
Completeand verifydocumentation
Explainpre-testing,testing,andpost-testingprocedurestothepatient
Prepareandcalibrateequipmentrequiredfortestingtodetermineproperfunctioningandmakeadjustmentsif necessary.
Verifypatientvideorecording(s)is operatingproperlyperlaboratorystandardprotocol
Performappropriatephysiologiccalibrationstoensurepropersignalsandmakeadjustmentsifnecessary. Performpositiveairwaypressure(PAP)maskfitting.
FollowproceduralprotocolssuchasMultipleSleepLatencyTest(MSLT),MaintenanceofWakefulnessTest(MWT),parasomniastudies,PAP,oxygentitrationetc.toensurecollectionof appropriatedata.
PerformPolysomnographicdataacquisitionwhilemonitoringstudy-tracingqualitytoensuresignalsareartifact- freeandmakeadjustments,ifnecessary.
Pay Range - $45 and up DOE/Depending on experience (no gaps in working as an RPSGT for more than two months)
Job Requirements:
High school diploma required
Completion of an accredited Polysomnography program required
NY PSG and/or CRT/RT license(s) also preferred
Certification by the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists as a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist "RPSGT" in the State of NY required, but NY PSG and/or Respiratory Therapist license(s) also preferred
Current BCLS certification required
Proof of immunizations required
