BCBA Clinical Supervisor
As a

BCBA Clinical Supervisor , you’ll have the chance to truly support your clients and your team – without sacrificing your quality of care… or your sanity.

Responsibilities

Oversee a manageable client caseload

Receive ongoing support and clinical oversight from a Regional Clinical Director

Provide hands‑on supervision and mentorship to Behavioral Technicians

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence‑based ABA strategies

Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure meaningful progress

Qualifications

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential

Experience supervising staff in ABA settings

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to develop and monitor treatment plans

Behavior Technician
As a Behavioral Technician (ECI), you’ll work with young learners in their homes, using play‑based techniques to help them build essential skills and target specific delays in their development. No formal experience? No problem! We provide hands‑on paid training so you can gain confidence and make a real impact from day one.

Responsibilities

Implement lesson plans designed to support the child to reach their fullest potential

Record data and observations throughout session on a company device

Be a creative play partner – following the child’s lead and making sessions fun!

Collaborate with supervisors and caregivers to monitor the child’s progress

Qualifications

60 college units and 1 year of supervised experience in early intervention

OR

60 college units (including 12 units in a related field such as Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or Education) and 6 months of experience working with children

, OR

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or Education) and 6 months of experience working with children.

You’re ages 21+ and have a car with a license and insurance.

Hiring Considerations
The following are material job duties of the position which criminal history could have a direct, adverse, and negative relationship potentially resulting in the withdrawal of a conditional offer of employment:

Working 1:1 with children with developmental delays and/or autism

Working in the community and inside client homes or schools

Driving to and from client homes in various areas around the designated region with the employee’s own vehicle

Using a company‑issued iPad for data collection

The Company will begin the pre‑adverse process if a criminal conviction is discovered which may disqualify an applicant from employment.

Compensation and Additional Information
Compensation: Pay range represents a good‑faith estimate the Company reasonably expects to pay at time of hire. Based on position, employees may also be eligible for incentives, drive time pay, mileage reimbursement, overtime pay in accordance with state and federal laws, last minute cancellation pay, 401(k) benefits, health benefits, paid time off, holiday pay and paid sick leave in accordance with state and local laws.
