BCBA Clinical Supervisor
Responsibilities:
Oversee a manageable client caseload
Receive ongoing support and clinical oversight from a Regional Clinical Director
Provide hands‑on supervision and mentorship to Behavioral Technicians
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence‑based ABA strategies
Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure meaningful progress

Behavior Technician
Responsibilities:
Implement lesson plans designed to support the child to reach their fullest potential
Record data and observations throughout the session on a company device
Serve as a creative play partner, following the child’s lead and making sessions fun
Collaborate with supervisors and caregivers to monitor the child’s progress
Qualifications:
60 college units and 1 year of supervised experience in early intervention, OR
60 college units (including 12 units in a related field such as Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or Education) and 6 months of experience working with children, OR
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or Education) and 6 months of experience working with children
Age 21 or older
Own a reliable vehicle with license and insurance
Benefits & Compensation:
Salary: Up to $23/hour, paid during training
Flexible hours, including part‑time, full‑time, and Saturday shifts
