Pay and Schedule
$22.00 – $28.00 per hour , depending on experience and skill level
Monday - Thursday 5:00am 3:30pm

What You’ll Be Doing
Perform
MIG welding , robotic welding, and spot welding on metal components
Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and work instructions
Weld carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum components
Set up equipment and adjust amperage, voltage, and wire feed
Tack‑weld, assemble, and finish parts to meet quality standards
Position and secure materials using fixtures and jigs
Inspect finished work for accuracy and durability
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Operate additional shop equipment as needed
What We’re Looking For
Experience in MIG welding within a fabrication or manufacturing setting
Ability to consistently meet weld quality standards
Comfortable reading blueprints and weld symbols
Strong attention to detail and safety
Ability to supply basic hand tools
Ability to read, speak, and understand English
Education & Experience
High school diploma or GED
6 months to 1 year of welding or metal fabrication experience (or vocational training)
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand for 10–12 hour shifts
