We are seeking a Benefits Administrative Coordinator to provide immediate operational support for a prominent client. This is a targeted, short‑term contract designed to provide administrative air cover for the Benefits Lead during a team member's leave of absence.
Salary: $24 - $26 per hour. Shift: First. Work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM. Education: Associate.
Responsibilities
General Operations:
Handle administrative tasks as needed to support the overall efficiency of the HR department during this transition.
Benefits Administration:
Manage the intake, tracking, and filing of FMLA documentation and related benefits paperwork.
System Management:
Perform accurate data entry and record maintenance within
UKG (Ultipro)
and
Salesforce .
Financial Support:
Assist with processing benefits-related invoices and managing HSA reporting.
Reporting:
Generate standard reports out of UKG to ensure departmental data integrity.
