Summary

The Workforce Management Representative acts as the central point of contact for Team Members regarding attendance, callouts, and general scheduling inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels. This role is essential in managing incoming requests, logging attendance records, and ensuring timely responses to employee inquiries about attendance procedures and scheduling policies. The candidate will provide clerical support to the Workforce Management team, assist with data entry, track attendance trends, and maintain accurate workforce records, in compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Primary Job Duties

Serve as the central point of contact for Team Members regarding attendance, callouts, and general scheduling inquiries via phone, email, and the Beekeeper app.
Monitor and manage the queue in Beekeeper, ensuring all incoming requests related to attendance, absences, and scheduling concerns are addressed promptly.
Accurately log and update attendance records for employees who call in late, are absent, or request shift modifications.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding scheduling policies, attendance procedures, and time-off requests, escalating complex issues as needed.
Assist Workforce Management leadership with data entry, tracking attendance trends, and maintaining workforce records.
Maintain compliance with company policies and labor regulations, ensuring proper documentation of absences and schedule adjustments.
Use personal device/cellular phone for job-related operational tasks and review of company documents.
Perform other job-related duties as requested.
Qualifications

Strong communication skills (phone, email, and written) to assist team members with attendance and scheduling inquiries.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for data entry and reporting.
Excellent customer service skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Attention to detail to accurately log and update attendance records.
Ability to learn and follow company policies and procedures related to attendance and workforce management.
Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred

Previous experience in workforce management and/or labor analytics.
Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort setting.
Minimum Education And Experience

At least 21 years of age.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Certificates, Licenses, Regulations

Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
Ability to obtain any required licenses.
Physical Demands

Work is typically performed in an office environment.
Must be tolerant to varying conditions of noise level, temperature, illumination, and air quality.
Prolonged sitting/standing.
Bending and reaching.
Transporting, pushing, pulling, lifting, and maneuvering items weighing up to 25 lbs.
Eye/hand coordination.
Ability to comply with company policies and procedures, job descriptions, daily memorandums, SDS labels, and other instructions.
