Our client, a well-established organization in the Ann Arbor area, is seeking an Accounting Assistant to join their team. The role supports financial operations and administrative functions. Strong communication skills, proficiency in data entry, basic accounting principles, and a proactive attitude are essential.

Pay Range
$18.00 - $23.00 per hour (weekly pay)
Shift
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Prepare and process invoices accurately and efficiently
Assist with collections and follow-up on overdue accounts
Utilize QuickBooks and MS Excel to maintain financial records
Support bookkeeping and data entry tasks to ensure financial accuracy
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting or a related field
High School diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in accounting preferred
Proficiency with QuickBooks, MS Outlook, MS Office, and MS Excel
Strong verbal communication and organizational skills
Ability to perform data entry and invoicing tasks efficiently
