Highly Skilled Maintenance Technician in Residential Property Management needed at VIDA Apartments and Townhomes.

This is a Floater position. You will be required to work at all communities managed and owned by Konar Properties.

Candidates must have a valid driver's license. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the apartment maintenance or similar trade, plus experience in apartment turnovers required.
Maintenance Technician skills required: carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall.
High School Diploma or greater required.
