We’re a semi-national real estate investment company buying homes directly from motivated sellers through wholesale, novation, and creative strategies. We’re looking for acquisitions closers to work high-intent leads, negotiate with sellers, and lock up contracts.
This is a high-accountability, high-commission seat built for closers who want to control their income.
You’ll receive qualified leads from multiple sources: inbound marketing, a dedicated appointment setter who fills your calendar, and an internal database of sellers who’ve already raised their hands.

Compensation

12–15% commission on closed deals. Tiered by monthly revenue closed.
Performance Level: Monthly Earnings
Ramping (2–3 deals/month): $5,000 – $8,000/month
Consistent (4–6 deals/month): $8,000 – $12,000/month
Elite (6+ deals/month): $12,000 – $15,000+/month
Consistent producers unlock additional earning potential after 90 days.
