Position Overview
As our Appointment Setter / Real Estate Lead Specialist, you are the first point of contact for potential sellers. You will manage inbound and outbound communication, qualify motivated seller leads, and nurture prospects through the early stages of the acquisition pipeline.

You will work closely with our marketing and acquisitions teams to ensure a consistent flow of qualified appointments.

Location: Remote or In-Person

Schedule: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

Respond quickly to inbound real estate leads via phone, text, and email

Conduct outbound follow-up and cold calling to nurture prospects

Build rapport with homeowners and uncover motivation to sell

Qualify seller leads using company criteria and scripts

Schedule appointments for the Acquisitions Manager

Accurately update and manage records in the CRM system

Maintain consistent follow‑up to increase lead conversion

Collaborate with the sales team for smooth handoffs

Track performance metrics and daily activity

Continuously improve call quality and conversion effectiveness

What We’re Looking For
Required:

Strong English communication (verbal and written)

Minimum 1 year experience in lead management, cold calling, inside sales, or appointment setting

Proven ability to build rapport over the phone

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Comfortable working in a fast‑paced sales environment

Tech‑comfortable (CRM, spreadsheets, dialers)

Reliable internet, computer, and workspace

Preferred (but not required):

Real estate or wholesaling experience

Experience with motivated seller leads

Call center or sales support background

Familiarity with KPIs and sales metrics

$26,000 annual base

$500 per closed contract bonus
