WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
As the Global HR Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations in HR for our Headquarters location based in Malvern, PA. This role will have visibility across the Global HR Organization and Senior Leadership team and will assist with the coordination and implementation of all global HR business processes, technologies, policies, and procedures.
New Hire Onboarding
– manages the new hire orientation and facilitation of the onboarding process for all new hires in Malvern, PA, including conducting the weekly (based on hires) new hire day‑1 schedule and acting as the onboarding contact for Malvern.
HRIS Management
– responsible for managing the global HRIS (PeopleSoft), overseeing data collection, analysis, and reporting, and ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Project Management
– develops an understanding of end‑to‑end HR processes and serves as a competent backup for other team members.
Local HR Lead
– acts as the onsite point of contact for all employees located at the Malvern site.
HR Annual Cycles
– oversees the timeline, tracking, and data management of mid‑year discussions and year‑end performance appraisals, sending summaries on a weekly basis to HR Manager or SLT/VP, HR as necessary.
Immigration
– owns all Malvern‑based I‑9s, including processing I‑9s for new hires and immigration cases.
Reporting and Analytics
– provides necessary PeopleSoft reports and analytics to HR Manager and VP, HR, and owns analysis and reporting for the HR department on diversity, equity, compensation, promotion, and other metrics.
Special Projects
– supports HR Manager and VP, HR with various special projects based on business needs.

You will bring HR foundational knowledge with a well‑demonstrated history in driving a project to completion while taking ownership for your areas of work. The ideal candidate will be a team player partnering with all global operations teams and associates, providing major influence on shaping the newly created HR Talent Development and Operations department.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
2‑5 years of experience in Human Resources or a closely related field.
Strong knowledge base working with data and/or analytics tools, HRIS platforms, Excel, and PowerPoint.
