Duties
Manage day-to-day handling of cases and hearings.
Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings and motions.
Guide clients through the case process.
Interact with expert witnesses and draft reports.
Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
Requirements
Law degree from an accredited law school.
Active member in good standing with the WV State Bar Association.
Minimum of 3 years of workers' compensation experience.
Ability to manage a high volume of cases and hearings.
Excellent client service and communication skills.
Self-starter driven by long-term career goals.
Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications
Active WV State Bar membership.
