About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Family Law Attorney to join a growing and collaborative legal team. This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse caseload while making a meaningful impact on clients navigating complex and sensitive legal matters.
Key Responsibilities
Handle a range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, and spousal support
Manage cases from intake through resolution, including litigation when necessary
Draft pleadings, motions, and legal agreements
Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations
Provide strategic legal guidance and maintain strong client relationships
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar license in TX
3+ years of family law experience preferred
Strong litigation, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple cases independently
Commitment to client advocacy and professionalism
Courtroom/Trial experience needed
