Overview
Join our team of detail-oriented HVAC installation technicians. We’re looking for an experienced and professional installation technician to help clients stay comfortable and healthy indoors. You\'ll be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and installing a variety of HVAC equipment, including indoor air quality, refrigerant, and control systems. You’re comfortable referencing blueprints and manuals to solve complex problems and working with a team to safely and efficiently complete a variety of installations.

Responsibilities
Advise clients on how to properly maintain their new equipment
Apply electrical testing equipment to check electrical circuits and related components
Replace heating, air conditioning, air quality, refrigeration, and control systems
Attach pipes or tubing from the fuel, water, or refrigerant source to HVAC equipment
Probe tubing joints, pipes, and connections for possible leaks
Lead residential system replacements and new installations
Ensure installs meet company quality standards and local codes
Train and mentor install helpers or junior team members
Maintain clean work areas and respect customer homes
Communicate clearly with the office and homeowners
Qualifications
Earned HVAC school degree and 2+ years experience working in the field as an installer
Must have required state and local HVAC technician licenses
Must have a basic understanding of high voltage connections and low voltage electrical wiring
Excellent math, people, and problem-solving skills
Candidate must have EPA 608 refrigerant recovery certificate
5+ years of HVAC installation experience
Compensation
$30 - $35 hourly
