Job Summary
Material Handler responsible for warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and forklift operation. Works third shift and maintains safety, quality, and accuracy.
Responsibilities
Perform warehouse functions such as loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
Maintain accurate picking and packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products, and loading/unloading of trucks.
Handle day‑to‑day paperwork, including picking sheets, returns, and bills of lading.
Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing system during core shift hours.
Adhere to performance measurement guidelines of the contract.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
At least one year of related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
Valid forklift operator’s license.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Team‑player mindset and ability to work in a diverse environment.
Meticulous, dependable, and punctual with a good attendance record.
Self‑directed; minimal supervision required.
High initiative and accuracy even under pressure.
Ability to lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods.
Work safely following health and safety methods.
Flexible schedule to work various shifts.
Detail‑oriented with excellent follow‑up practices.
Benefits & Compensation
Hourly rate: $21.50.
Overtime: $32.25.
Third‑shift premium: $1.00/hour.
Pay each week.
