Location : Washington DC, National Guard

Position Overview
SFS is seeking an

Administrative Assistant

to provide support to the National Guard Bureau. This role operates in a dynamic and evolving environment, requiring adaptability to shifting missions, priorities, and organizational structures. Experience working in a military environment is preferred.

This role provides administrative and staff action support including task tracking, meeting coordination, and document management.

Responsibilities

Maintain calendars and coordinate meetings

Track taskings using ETS, SharePoint, and Teams

Prepare and distribute documents

Manage document repositories

Support training and onboarding activities

Qualifications

Administrative or staff support experience

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools

Active Secret Clearance or higher required
