Position Overview

SFS is seeking a Business Process Analyst to provide support to the National Guard Bureau. This role operates in a dynamic and evolving environment, requiring adaptability to shifting missions, priorities, and organizational structures. Experience working in a Military environment is preferred.
Overview

The Business Process Analyst will evaluate and improve workflows, systems, and processes supporting mission operations.
Responsibilities

Analyze and improve business processes and workflows
Develop and document SOPs and process improvements
Support system integration and process optimization
Provide recommendations to leadership
Qualifications

Experience in business or process analysis
Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
Experience documenting workflows and procedures
Familiarity with government systems preferred
Bachelor Degree in Business Discipline required
Active Secret Clearance or higher required
