to teach
non-credit, open enrollment classes
that help individuals
upskill for career advancement
or pursue
personal enrichment . We offer part-time opportunities in
workforce development

What You’ll Do:
Develop and deliver engaging classes based on your expertise
Collaborate with a Columbia State coordinator on scheduling and location
Teach in classrooms or field settings or online
Assist in identifying target audience and support efforts to market to that audience and drive enrollment
Qualifications:
Required:
Significant experience in subject area
Passionate about teaching content and inspiring others
Strong communication and instructional skills
Ability to adapt content for diverse learners
Preferred:
Teaching experience
Formal education in field
Compensation:
Commensurate with experience.
