Position Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will manage all aspects of the sales process from greeting customers to finalizing vehicle delivery. If you have strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a willingness to learn, this position offers great opportunities for career advancement.

Responsibilities

Greet customers on the sales floor and conduct a needs analysis to understand their vehicle preferences.

Explain vehicle features and demonstrate operations both in the showroom and on the road.

Research availability of models and optional equipment using our computer database.

Collaborate with Sales and F&I Managers to negotiate sales price, including taxes, trade-in allowances, licensing fees, and financing or leasing options.

Inspect inventory regularly by walking the lot.

Complete all necessary paperwork and coordinate delivery and registration of vehicles.

Deliver vehicles and familiarize customers with their new purchase.

Attend required training sessions and department meetings.

Maintain regular and predictable attendance.

Work Hours
This is a full-time position with scheduled hours according to dealership operations.

Qualifications

At least one year of related sales experience, training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Strong organizational skills with thorough follow-up to maintain client relationships before and after sales.

Current valid driver’s license.

Basic mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.

Ability to speak a second language is preferred but not required.
