Responsibilities
Independent handling of challenging timber construction projects worldwide
Performing structural calculations and structural design and planning tasks
Participation in all phases of structural design
Ensuring quality, deadlines, and technical standards in your own area of responsibility, as well as taking on project management tasks in line with your level of experience
Working closely with the project team and coordinating with other disciplines
Communicating and coordinating with clients, designers, and contractors
Qualifications
Completed master’s degree in civil engineering with a focus on structural engineering – ideally with specialization in timber construction
Professional experience in structural design with a focus on timber structures
Very good skills in structural analysis and CAD programs such as SOFiSTiK, Rhino, Grasshopper, and Revit/BIM platforms
Independent, goal‑oriented, and reliable way of working, as well as a high level of commitment
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
Fluent in English (German or other languages are a plus)
