Trillium Construction is hiring for a detail-oriented and reliable Office Assistant/Bookkeeper in Edgerton, WI to support the daily administrative and financial operations of a local contractor that specializes in the manufacturing of greenhouses.
Duties

Process and assist with weekly/bi-weekly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, billing, and payment tracking
Follow up on outstanding invoices and handle collections in a professional manner
Maintain accurate financial records and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
Perform data entry and reconcile accounts as needed
Support general administrative functions such as filing, email correspondence, and document management
Assist with preparing reports, spreadsheets, and financial summaries
Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal team members regarding billing and account inquiries
Hourly rate between $26/hr - $30/hr, depending on experience.
Qualifications: Previous experience in bookkeeping, payroll, or administrative support preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, and quick learner with new software. Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality. Strong communication and follow-up skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
