Organize digital files and maintain systems for efficiency.
Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments.
Execute tasks and projects on request to support operations.
Provide occasional phone support to ensure smooth client communication.
Follow up and track progress on tasks to keep the team leader focused.
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Fluent English communication, comfortable on the phone and via email.
Tech-savvy; able to learn and adapt to new systems quickly.
Flexible availability (full/part-time) with weekends.
Problem-solving mindset with initiative to tackle tasks independently.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
