Manager of Agent Experience & Development – Northwestern New Jersey Region. Kienlen Lattmann Sotheby’s International Realty is seeking a polished, relationship-driven real estate professional to join our leadership team as

Manager of Agent Experience & Development . This role is designed for someone who brings warmth, energy, professionalism, and a genuine passion for helping others succeed.
In this position, you will play a central role in strengthening agent engagement, supporting professional growth, and elevating the day-to-day experience of our sales associates across multiple offices. You will help create a culture where agents feel connected, supported, and inspired to perform at their highest level.
What You’ll Do

Build strong relationships with agents across our offices and help foster a connected, supportive culture
Design and lead engaging workshops, training sessions, and development opportunities, both in person and virtually
Introduce and encourage adoption of marketing tools, technology platforms, and brand resources
Support onboarding and help new agents gain confidence in a luxury brokerage environment
Provide guidance through mentorship, education, and professional development
What We’re Looking For

Active New Jersey real estate license required; broker’s license is a plus or an opportunity you are ready to pursue
Meaningful experience in real estate sales or a team-oriented brokerage environment
Strong communication and presentation skills
A polished yet approachable presence that aligns with the Sotheby’s International Realty brand
Comfort with digital tools, platforms, and modern agent support systems
A collaborative, empathetic, and energetic professional who enjoys helping others grow
Ability to work fluidly across multiple office locations with professionalism and consistency
