Welder And Fabricator - Weekly Pay

Fabricator The role involves assisting with fabrication duties for parts associated with heavy equipment. Successful candidates will work with hand air tools, interpret blueprints, and follow instructions to ensure precise fabrication.
Responsibilities
Assist in fabrication duties for parts related to heavy equipment.
Utilize hand air tools effectively in the fabrication process.
Interpret and work off blueprints and instructions accurately.
Ensure quality and precision in all fabrication tasks.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in welding techniques including MIG welding, flux core, and TIG welding.
Experience with power tools and fabrication equipment.
Ability to effectively grind and fabricate materials.
Minimum of 1 year of fabricating or welding experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in a machine shop environment.
Understanding of safety protocols in fabrication settings.

Work Environment
Work in a machine shop environment with a team of about 12 people, across departments like welding, paint, assembly, and shipping. The shop operates without air conditioning, providing a warm atmosphere. Hours are from 6 AM to 3 PM, Monday through Friday, with current operations extending to 3:30 PM.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sioux Falls, SD.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
