What You’ll Do:

Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of an Occupational Therapist

Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), strength, coordination, and safety

Reinforce therapy plans and home exercise programs

Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising OT

Educate patients and caregivers on safety and functional techniques

Complete accurate and timely documentation

What We’re Looking For:

Active Texas COTA license (required)

Home health experience preferred

Strong communication and patient care skills

Ability to work independently in a home setting

Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license

Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience (preferred)

Pay & Perks:

$50 per visit
