Payroll Processor

Review time sheets, work charts, wage computation, and other information to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies. Compile employee time, production, and payroll data from time sheets and other records. Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information onto designated records. Process and issue employee paychecks and statements of earnings and deductions. Record employee information, such as exemptions, transfers, and resignations, to maintain and update payroll records. Issue and record adjustments to pay related to previous errors or retroactive increases. Compile and review weekly departmental analytical reports. Provide support to employees accessing the ADP Employee Portal. Complete Verification of Income Requests. Distribute department mail. Maintain a well organized electronic / paperless filing system.

Intermediate Level
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Collierville, TN.
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
