Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in New York, NY, for a Market Operations Associate - USD IRS. This isn’t a traditional back-office role. It’s a front-to-back, execution-aligned position supporting USD rates activity, where you’ll be close to the market, the trades, and the decisions that matter. The successful candidate will oversee and execute critical operational processes related to interest rate swaps trades. Key responsibilities include ensuring trade accuracy, managing client communication, ensuring compliance with operational standards, and providing exceptional support to the dealer community. Qualifications
Proven skills and experience in operations, ensuring efficient and accurate process execution
Individual to have a background in technology, data and AI
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, capable of building and maintaining professional relationships
Excellent analytical skills for identifying and addressing operational challenges
Outstanding communication skills, effectively conveying information and collaborating with diverse stakeholders
Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Familiarity with financial derivatives, specifically interest rate swaps, is a strong advantage
