* Lead and coordinate a small team of 1-3 painters
* Maintain quality control throughout the painting process
Preferred Qualifications
* 7+ years of painting experience
* Experience with spray painting techniques
* Strong understanding of surface preparation methods
* Knowledge of color theory
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Proven leadership skills in managing small teams
