We are seeking skilled Industrial Painters to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for preparing and applying coatings to a variety of metal components, including small truck parts and large platform assemblies. Ideal candidates have experience with industrial painting equipment and strong attention to detail.
Shift Options
2nd Shift: Typically 4:30 PM
2:30 AM (may vary between 4:00 PM
2:00/2:15 AM)
Key Responsibilities
Perform surface preparation including sanding, grinding, and cleaning of metal components
Apply paint and coatings using cup guns and pressure pot systems
Ensure proper coverage, finish quality, and adherence to specifications
Inspect finished products for defects and touch up as needed
Maintain painting equipment and keep work area clean and organized
Follow all safety procedures and company standards
Qualifications
Previous experience in industrial or automotive painting preferred
Experience with surface prep tools (grinders, sanders, etc.)
Familiarity with cup guns, spray systems, and pressure pots
Ability to work with both small parts and large assemblies
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment (standing, lifting, etc.)
