Construction Site Supervisor

Your Role and Responsibilities
Lead and Supervise : Manage day-to-day operations on the job site. Ensure clear communication with trades, vendors, and homeowners to maintain project flow.
Coordinate Subcontractors and Schedules : Oversee subcontractor coordination to ensure projects stay on time and within budget.
Track Progress : Maintain accurate records and job logs in JobTread. Upload photos and update progress regularly.
Compliance and Inspections : Manage permits and inspections, ensuring all work adheres to local building codes and safety regulations.
Quality Assurance : Perform daily inspections to ensure all work meets design plans and company standards.
Ensure Safety : Enforce OSHA standards and address safety hazards immediately. (OSHA 10 certification preferred)
Who We're Looking For
Experience : At least 2 years in construction site leadership or supervision. Must be able to manage teams and subcontractors.
Strong Communication : Ability to lead trades, hold others accountable, and keep relationships professional and respectful.
Attention to Detail : A sharp eye for identifying issues early by carefully reviewing plans and specifications.
Tech-Savvy : Comfortable using software like JobTread. Experience is a plus.
Reliability : Must have a valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
Compensation and Benefits
Pay : $24-$28/hour, based on experience

Bonuses : Performance-based bonuses
Additional Benefits :
Tool allowance: $75/month (after probation)
