Construction Superintendent

About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Superintendent to manage construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. This is a hybrid position based in Denver, Colorado.
Key Responsibilities
Site Supervision & Coordination:
Coordinate daily activities with subcontractors to maintain smooth progress.
Maintain accurate daily logs, photos, and site records.
Review work scope with subcontractors before initiation.
Keep sites clean, organized, and secure.
Conduct regular quality control inspections.
Maintain up-to-date site plans and project schedules.
Schedule, attend, and pass inspections.
Accept, inspect, and document deliveries.
Verify work completion before approving payments.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Submit daily logs with photos for each project.
Maintain updated site plans and schedules.
Pass inspections by the third attempt or less.
Limit “No Work” days to no more than 2 per month.
Conduct and document required quality control checks.
Achieve positive feedback from clients and peers.
Ensure continuous improvement through professional development.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Construction Management or related field is a plus.
Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software.
OSHA 30 certification or equivalent preferred
