You’ll partner with product managers, engineers, researchers, and data scientists to design solutions that help millions of buyers, sellers, and investors make confident decisions in high‑stakes transactions.
This role is ideal for a seasoned designer who thrives at the intersection of strategy, systems thinking, and craft—someone who can set vision while sweating the details that delight users.
What You’ll Do
Lead design for high‑impact marketplace product areas across web and mobile platforms, from discovery through launch and iteration.
Partner with cross‑functional teams to define strategy, roadmap priorities, and success metrics for marketplace experiences.
Conduct and synthesize user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design direction.
Create wireframes, flows, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs that bring clarity to complex multi‑side workflows.
Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across buyer, seller, and partner experiences.
Mentor junior designers, raising the bar for design quality and team culture.
Advocate for user‑centered design across the organization, balancing business goals with customer value.
What We’re Looking For
5–8+ years of product design experience, with at least 3 years designing for consumer‑facing marketplaces, e‑commerce, or other multi‑side platforms.
Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end design work (from concept through shipped features) in complex consumer environments.
Proficiency with Figma and familiarity with Lovable.
Experience working with and contributing to scalable design systems.
Strong collaboration and communication skills—you can align diverse stakeholders and present work persuasively.
Comfort with ambiguity and ability to make sound design decisions in a fast‑moving environment.
Domain experience in real estate, fintech, or other transaction‑driven consumer marketplaces is a plus.
