What You’ll Do
As a

Project Coordinator , you’ll be the communication hub that keeps our Commercial HVAC projects running smoothly. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, field teams, vendors, and customers to ensure everything stays organized, on schedule, and on point.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the central communication link between internal teams and external partners

Coordinate project schedules, materials, labor, and subcontractors

Track progress, identify delays, and proactively communicate updates

Issue and manage purchase orders, deliveries, and vendor coordination

Maintain accurate project documentation (contracts, submittals, RFIs, change orders)

Support job costing, reporting, and project organization

Assist Project Managers with meetings, follow-ups, and execution support

This role is critical to project success—your ability to communicate and stay organized will directly impact results.

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can keep multiple moving pieces aligned.

Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail

Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Associate Degree in a related field (preferred)

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role

Familiarity with scheduling software ( ProCore preferred )

Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently

Professional appearance and strong work ethic

Team player with the ability to perform under tight deadlines
