Direct Counsel represents a well-regarded Am Law firm seeking an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant to support a dynamic mix of litigation and transactional attorneys in its Philadelphia office. This is a highly visible, in-office role supporting practices including Commercial Litigation, Employment Litigation, ESOP Transactions, Employee Benefits, and Energy.

What You'll Do:
Support attorneys with day-to-day operations, including calendar management, travel, expenses, and billing
Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents with speed and precision
Handle state and federal court e-filings and maintain case files
Manage document organization, new matter intake, and file maintenance
Coordinate meetings, deadlines, and communications across teams and clients
Assist with billing reviews, expense reimbursements, and vendor invoices
Serve as a key point of contact, ensuring seamless workflow and responsiveness
What We're Looking For:
57+ years of experience in a law firm (litigation and/or transactional support)
Strong experience with state and federal e-filing
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Familiarity with tools such as iManage, InTapp, and Chrome River
Exceptional organization, multitasking, and attention to detail
Strong communication skills and a client-service mindset
Ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and work both independently and collaboratively
