About the role
As a Warehouse Specialist at Les Olson Company, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our operations organized and efficient. Your responsibilities include pulling supplies and orders for technicians and drivers, shipping items to customers and branches, and receiving and storing incoming shipments. You’ll maintain accurate inventory records, participate in daily counts, and ensure the warehouse stays clean and organized. In addition, you’ll serve as a backup delivery driver when needed, helping us provide timely service to our customers. This position is essential to supporting our team and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Warehouse Operations

Keep the warehouse organized and running efficiently.

Maintain a clean, orderly environment by keeping shelves organized and floors clear.

Participate in daily and monthly inventory counts to ensure accuracy.

Ensure virtual inventory matches physical inventory at all times.

Maintain both physical and virtual inventories in SLO and Tech warehouses.

Proactively manage incoming shipments to rotate stock properly.

Inventory & Parts Management

Accurately update inventory records and internal systems.

Order and maintain stock of HP parts, Sharp parts, and all other brands of parts.

Work collaboratively with the warehouse team to maintain parts and inventory levels.

Pull and process in‑house use items as needed.

Relay information and maintain communication regarding parts with branch offices.

Address internal customer questions in a friendly and professional manner.

Shipping & Receiving

Receive incoming shipments, verify accuracy, and store items properly.

Ship necessary items to customers and other company branches.

Update inventory records to reflect received or shipped items accurately.

Pull supplies and orders for technicians and delivery drivers.

Help pull all orders for delivery and other departments each day.

Serve as a backup delivery driver for urgent or overflow deliveries.

Equipment Setups

Using picking sheets and scanners, unbox, assemble, and pull equipment for setups.

General Expectations

Be on time and ready for technician requests at

8:00 AM .

Complete any other projects or tasks assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

Basic computer skills

Strong self‑management and ability to meet deadlines

Ability to prioritize tasks and follow instructions

Works safely, independently, and efficiently

Team player with excellent communication skills

Eager to learn, punctual, and reliable

Forklift experience is a plus

Good attention to detail and record‑keeping skills

Physically able to lift 50–125 lbs and perform bending/twisting throughout an 8‑hour shift

1 year of warehouse or similar experience preferred (not required)

Professional appearance and interpersonal skills

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
