Job Details
We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Transaction Associate Attorney to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a lateral attorney to step into a busy practice and work on sophisticated real estate matters alongside a collaborative team.
Responsibilities
Represent clients in the acquisition, disposition, financing, and development of commercial and multifamily real estate assets.
Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, and joint venture agreements.
Conduct title and survey review, due diligence, and closings.
Coordinate with lenders, developers, investors, and other stakeholders on complex transactions.
Manage multiple active matters and work closely with partners and senior counsel.
Qualifications
3–8 years of experience in real estate transactional work, preferably at a mid-size or large law firm.
Strong drafting and negotiation skills with a deep understanding of real estate finance and development.
Proven ability to manage complex transactions and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Licensed and in good standing with a state bar, with preference for local bar admission.
Demonstrated commitment to client service and high-level professional communication skills.
