Accounting Manager – Real Estate Development
- Salary: $150,000 – $170,000 Base + Annual Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead real estate development accounting across multiple entities
- Review capital gains, installment sales, and real estate tax
- Manage preferred return waterfalls and promote structures
- Oversee lender compliance and bank draws
- Handle monthly close and consolidations
- Train and review staff
Qualifications:
- CPA (active preferred; inactive acceptable if reactivatable)
- 10+ years accounting experience
- Real estate development accounting (not property management)
- Real estate tax in development
- Preferred return waterfalls
- Bank draw / lender compliance experience
- Strong GAAP and multi-entity accounting
