Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented, collaborative Credit Supervisor to support core accounting functions, oversee A/P and A/R teams, and help drive process improvements across the organization.
Key Responsibilities

Apply US GAAP principles to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely financial reporting.
Support core accounting functions including A/R, A/P, financial reporting, audits, taxes, budgeting, and forecasting.
Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes; contribute to cash flow projections and management.
Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors to support compliance and reporting accuracy.
Review and recommend improvements to internal controls and accounting processes under the Accounting Manager’s guidance.
Provide financial analysis and accounting support for complex issues, business decisions, and M&A activity.
Respond to and resolve A/P, A/R, vendor, and regional inquiries including reconciliations, 1099s, payment runs, and credit requests.
Support collections and credit management to minimize risk, assist with bankruptcies, and partner with regional teams.
Ensure policy adherence and drive operational efficiency through training, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Participate in ad-hoc projects and management reviews supporting data integrity and financial objectives.
People Management

Supervise A/P and A/R teams under the direction of the Accounting Manager.
Assist in training, mentoring, and supporting the development of accounting staff.
Support team-building efforts aligned with the company’s organic and M&A growth strategy.
