Senior Analyst

Location: Chicago, IL – Onsite

Compensation:

This job is expected to pay about $40-45/hour W2

What You’ll Do:
Conduct deep technical and cost analyses to reverse engineer products and services, identifying opportunities for margin improvement and cost reduction
Evaluate product specifications, materials, and features to compare competitive offerings and inform design and procurement decisions
Build and maintain detailed product cost models to support engineering, sourcing, and portfolio optimization initiatives
Collaborate with small, high-impact consulting teams and client stakeholders to translate insights into actionable recommendations
Contribute to firm-wide knowledge by sharing insights, tools, and best practices across global teams
What Gets You the Job:
2+ years of experience in electrical design and manufacturing, including roles in R&D, testing, systems integration, or similar environments
Strong understanding of PCBA design and manufacturing, including signal integrity, EMC/EMI considerations, and IC functionality
Hands-on experience with PCB design tools such as Altium, OrCAD, or Eagle; AutoCAD familiarity is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related technical field with a strong academic record (minimum GPA 3.4)
Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and in collaborative, fast-paced environments
