
Purchasing Administrative Assistant

Allied Personnel Services is seeking candidates for a Purchasing Administrative Assistant opening! This temporary position is expected to last 3-6 months with a chance of extension. Hours are full time, 8a-430p, Mon-Fri. Pay is $23.00-25.00/hr based on experience.
In this role you will provide hands-on transactional support to keep purchasing activities moving without disruption:
Process and manage purchase requisitions and POs
Support vendor setup and basic supplier communications
Follow up on order confirmations, delivery timelines, and documentation
Assist with procurement system entries, reporting, and general administrative tasks
Candidates for this role must have SAP experience; this is required. Experience in a procurement coordinator/purchasing assistant role is needed. Successful candidates will be energetic and will not be afraid to ask questions in order to keep things moving.
